Discount Clothing Stores wholesale division's objective is to fully educate and train the new store owner in virtually every aspect of operating a Discount Clothing Store. Training begins well before, and continues, well after the opening of the store. Initially, the storeowner will be assigned a trainer from our corporate offices. The training program includes a complete review of the comprehensive operations manual and other materials to ensure that you have a solid understanding of how to operate your new store.

Customized training can be done telephonically or a combo of class room training at our corporate head quaters is available. 

Because there is a wealth of information to be discussed and digested, the trainer is in contact with the storeowner on a very regular basis prior to opening and then on an almost daily basis after the store is operational with a focus on product ordering and selection.

Evaluation:
At the end of the first 30 days of business, our Company offers to perform a formal review of the new store. The Store Owner submits a video of the entire store; this video is reviewed in conjunction with the daily sales, purchasing log and advertising history. Our Senior Management Staff handles the 30-day review in the spirit of making sure the new owner is properly trained and headed in the right direction.
