Build Out

 

This function will be in conformance with the store design layout created by our company and approved by you. We do not provide any tenant improvement work that might be required, but normally when the lease is negotiated we put that burden on the landlord.      

In brief, the store buildout includes the following:

• Initial Meeting to review and inspect the facility
• Check-in fixtures, merchandise, and equipment
• Assemble and install display fixtures
• Price all merchandise
• Display merchandise on fixtures including utilization of mannequins, body forms, and window displays.
• Training of the POS system, merchandise presentation, handling of incoming freight and claim procedures
